Join together with like-minded Christians in spreading the gospel around the world.

About Us

Who We Are

Coffee County Baptist Association consists of 45 Southern Baptist churches.  Each church is autonomous in government under the lordship of Christ, associated in a fellowship working together to serve mutual needs, to minister in Christ’s name, and to reach people for the Lord.  About half of the county’s population are connected to CCBA churches.

The CCBA was formed in 1908 when the Pea River Association (1877) and the Haw Ridge Association (1889) merged.  Actually, both associations already had changed their names and were known as Coffee Baptist Association, Coffee County Association, or Coffee County Baptist Association.

Purpose Statement

Coffee County Baptist Association exists to help our family of churches fulfill the Great Commission.

What We Do

The association sponsors work in just about any area of church life one can imagine.  Committees and chairpersons are chosen from the various churches to provide leadership training, support, fellowship, and opportunities for Christian growth, ministry, and missions.

We want you to be a part of the blessings of God in the life of our association. We'll bring you updates often on just what's happening at Coffee County Baptist Association and share the stories of how Christ is making a difference in people's lives.

The association promotes unity and cooperation among the churches.  It pulls together many voices to make one strong voice in matters of public concern.

Developing and implementing a missions strategy is one of the primary reasons churches voluntarily come together to form an association.  Coffee Baptist Association's Missions Development Committee has worked hard to be able to see needs in the county and to challenge the association to meet these needs.

We are a body of believers committed to worshiping and serving Jesus Christ. As a Southern Baptist Association, we join with like-minded Christians in spreading the gospel around the world.

Our slogan is more than just a catchy phrase. We hope that it gives you insight into just who we are.

Christ reached out to people of all ages and backgrounds and at Coffee County Baptist Association we desire to do the same. That's why you'll discover here ministries geared to various life stages and needs. That's why we have a place for everyone to study the Scriptures, fellowship together, and minister to others through numerous service opportunities.
